Operational data can include route activity, screen status, campaign delivery records, and platform usage needed to provide the service.
Information is used to operate campaigns, support users, manage driver and agency accounts, process billing, improve the product, and protect the platform.
Spotlyte may use aggregated operational data to understand coverage, campaign performance, and system reliability.
